Scor of Roarborne (appeared ~28 July 2025) is a Lionarchic politician who serves as the Grand Marshal of the Lionarchy and previously served as party leader of the Lionarchic Roarist Party until his brother Safez took over. Scor is a Liowite, a minority group within the Lionarchy. He is the father of Scer and Scar and is a member of the Roarborne family.

History

Early Life

Scor appeared around 28 July 2025 in Eindhoven. He returned from the void around the same time as his two sons Scer and Scar. It is unknown who Scor's parents or grandparents are, though they were most likely Liowites, just like Scor himself. It is rumoured Scor had one wife, who still remains in the void. She is also most likely a Liowite.

Before the void-event

Before the Void-Event, emperor Leonidas I ruled, who was a mixed Liowite and Regalite. Though Leonidas favoured Regalites, because of his ethnicity he made Liowites second class citizens, whilst making all other races third class citizens. This new class system allowed Scor's family to gain influence.

He studied at a military academy and grew to the rank of general relatively quickly. With the rank of general came many responsibilities which made he himself but also his family govern regions with primarily Liowites living in them. He was also tasked with repressing Asmanes and Brandals. Scer, Scor's eldest son, claimed during the war he was directly trained in the military by his father. Less is known about Scar, his younger son.

Panther war

Main article: Great Panther War

During the great panther war the Lionarchy sided with the Tigerium. Not much is known about the Lionarchy's effort against Pantheron's forces. Scor was a general under Leonidas’s rule and controlled the Liowite military forces. When the void was opened, Scor and his family were absorbed into it.

Escaping the void

Somewhere between 2010 and 2020, Leeuwtje of Orleons, one of the only lionarchic survivors of the void-event, proclaimed himself as king and became a vassal to the Tigerium due to his good relations with Tijgertje. Leeuwtje, an Asmane, made his own ethnic group the dominant one by assigning large amounts of Asmanes in high ranking positions. Very few Liowites were present at this moment. Though eventually more Liowites started reappearing, the Liowites remained supressed by the Asmanes. Only after Tijgertje pressured Leeuwtje to move more Liowites in high ranking positions did the Liowites get representation in the government. After a long while of this way of assigning officials based on ethnicity, Liowites eventually had an overrepresentation in the government. It also meant the inexperienced but "ethnically correctly represented" lions filled up the government.

Scor returned from the void in early to mid 2025, alongside his sons Scer and Scar. The first documented record of Scor and his family is around 28 July 2025, where the three were arrested by Fangtooth forces and were tried for violence against police forces. During the trial, Scar escaped. Scor and Scer were sent back to prison later. They remained in prison for approximately 20 hours, after which they escaped during a prison riot.

Scor returned to the Lionarchy and reclaimed his rank as general. He gained control of the Liowite military forces, which were near non-existant at this time. Due to the Liowites having many high ranking positions, Scor gained many allies. Amongst these allies were several diplomats and politicians.

Democratization

During the middle to late 2025, the lions plunged into a four front war with Leeuwtje's royalists, Leonidas I's imperialists, Scor's roarists and Nemerak's zealots. Leeuwtje wanted to retain power to his monarchy. He was mainly supported by the Fangtooth Clan, an army-group of the Tigerium. Leonidas I, the former emperor, declared independence and aimed to reclaim power. Scor's roarist faction wanted to establish a democratic republic, dethroning any monarch in power. They also aimed to remove Tigerium, Pigtopian and Beardom influence in the Lionarchy. The last group, Nemerak's zealots, aimed to establish a theocratic state under Nemerak's leadership.

The Beardom leadership valued democracy to a great extent to which they were contemplating either stopping support to Leeuwtje or also supporting Scor. This was because Leeuwtje aimed to establish an absolute monarchy with Leeuwtje as total monarch, which didn't fit the ideals of the Beardom, whereas Scor wanted a republic, which was much closer to the Beardom's goals.

On December 1st, 2025, the Beardom pressured Leeuwtje into turning the Lionarchic absolute monarchy into a constitutional monarchy with democratic elections. Leeuwtje accepted, which also enabled peace talks between Leeuwtje and Scor. Swiftly both leaders accepted the peace deal. Leeuwtje remained as monarch and Scor retained his forces supplied by the Gray Triumvirate and some smaller Sibearian groups. Scor established his Roarist Party, which immediately gained a substantial amount of support by Liowites because the party favoured Liowite-Nationalism.

The large amounts of allies Scor had built up over the past months paid off. Immediately several high ranking Liowites spoke out their support for Scor.

Early political career

Liowites initially opposed the Lionarchy to be under influence of any other state, primarily the Tigerium, which had a large military presence in the country. Most Liowites, Scor included, openly criticized monarchism, imperialism and liberalism. With many of Scor's friends and allies having the same ideas, Scor invented a new ideology, Roarism. Because Liowites were looked down upon but had to receive high-ranking positions for "political correctness", Scor built up connections with numerous lions, most of which were high ranking officials. He established the Roarist Party. Though Scor had founded and built up the party, some high ranking party members, namely the brothers Kareem and Salah, became prominent and well-liked members within the party. Scor wanted to "democratize" the party by making it easier for people to join. Both Kareem and Salah were wary of this idea, as this would add too much competition for their positions. Scor however stated later that lions would believe they were part of a more civilized class. However, he wanted to keep this expansion to Liowites. Both Kareem and Salah openly spoke out against Scor.

To remain entirely in charge, Scor started a vote within the party to decide whether Scor should remain party leader until his death, unless he secedes his role to someone else, or the rules around leadership remain the same. The party overwhelmingly voted in favour of Scor remaining in charge until he dies or secedes. Due to movement being spotted on the camps where Scor's personal military is stationed, it is suspected Scor forced most members to vote for him to remain in charge. Scor replied to the accusations stating there is no substantial evidence to support this claim. After this event, Kareem and Salah seemed to have turned entirely loyal to Scor.

Following these events several members were promoted to higher ranks before opening the party to all Liowites. Scor had manipulated the party into making himself the absolute party leader whilst all other members were competing with each other for higher ranks. However, Scor still mainly kept rewarding and promoting the original members.

Though the Roarist Party's leadership disliked other nations' involvement in the Lionarchy, they started improving relations with states that opposed Leeuwtje and the Tigerium. Namely the Gray Triumvirate and several Sibearian groups gained influence in the Lionarchy and sent their troops to camps on territory owned by Scor.

Military Career

Though already having extensive military experience, Scor returned to the military academy. He already had achieved the rank of general but aimed to become Grand Marshal of the Lionarchy. After a few weeks, to appease the Roarists, Leeuwtje of Orleons granted Scor the rank of Grand Marshal. This gave Scor complete control of the Lionarchic armed forces, with only Leeuwtje above him in rank. Scor started slowly replacing Fangtooth forces with mercenaries belonging to the Gray Triumvirate, who were notoriously on the payroll of the Roarborne family.
