Haferys Ishtar

Eindhoven, Netherlands
Haferys Ishtar is a Pantherian advisor to Pantheron.
Haferys appeared in Eindhoven, Netherlands, during a short period of time in which several other panthers appeared as well. Haferys grew progressively more influential in the Pantherian government and became widely considered one of the elite panthers. Throughout early to mid 2026, he became known as a political advisor to Pantheron.
Haferys was ordered to strengthen Pantheria's position on the world stage. He considered Pantheria as the feudal overlord of Crocodilia, Hyenia, the Gray Triumvirate, Rayak and the Royal Primate. Throughout late 2025 and early 2026, the Gray Triumvirate, Rayak and the Royal Primate distanced themselves from Pantheria. Haferys sought to first grow his influence by establishing friendly relations with Safez of Roarborne and Montezuma de Corona. Safez and Montezuma later cut ties with Haferys when he began recovering Sobek and Hueyyena, leaders of Crocodilia and Hyenia respectively. Haferys later began plans to subjugate the Gray Triumvirate. He argued since the Gray Triumvirate held de facto power in Rayak, he needed only to put a Pro-Pantherian Triumvir in power to subsequently subjugate Rayak as well. He began recovering Rhinollah and planned to put him in power of the Gray Triumvirate.
