Junior Purr

Junior Purr (born 11 July 2006), also known in French as Junoire, is the king of Juniorwood since his birth. Junior is a member of the Purr Family, the current ruling dynasty of Juniorwood. Junior is in a relationship with Juniorientje Purr since her return from the void on 21 February 2026.

Early life

Reign (2006-present)

Junior's reign as monarch has been widely described as calm. He maintained close alliances with the Tigerium, Foxville, Quack Valley, Pigtopia and the Hopstate. He was often seen with Tijgertje of Tigerium, the Queen of the Tigerium. Junior had also established close relations with Duckie Quack, the King of Quack Valley and Sniff of Snuffer, the Prime Minister of Foxville. Junior reportedly also held close relations with Tux, an unaffiliated penguin.

Junior appointed several family members into key positions, including Spot Purr, who was appointed as personal bodyguard while several other family members were appointed to the Duck Service.

Foreign relations

Analysts argue Junior widely followed the foreign policy of the Tigerium because Junior condemned the Gray Triumvirate when the Tigerium denounced it as a terrorist organization. Additionally, when the Tigerium imposed economic sanctions on Rayak for its alleged ties to the Gray Triumvirate, Junior also started opposing the Rayaki government.

Though Junior stated he trusts and follows the judgement of the Queen of the Tigerium, Tijgertje, he added he does not blindly follow Tijgertje and instead seeks world peace, mentioning the civil war in the Royal Primate. In the civil war, Goros-supporters and Tijgeron-supporters fought each other as Tijgeron had taken over leadership of the country, which large amounts of Primates disapproved of. Tigrish of Tigerium, Tijgertje's older brother, sent Tigerium forces to establish a pro-western government in the Royal Primate, which Junior disapproved of, as according to him it didn't help establish peace.

Lionarchy

During mid 2025, the Lionarchy split in numerous factions and started a civil war. The royalist faction, who support King Leeuwtje of Orleons, were supported by Junior and Tijgertje, since they deemed Leeuwtje a close friend. The Tigerium sent Fangtooth forces to keep royalist territories defended. Junior has also made numerous moves to support Leeuwtje's continuing tenure as king. The most prominent act was sending members of his private military, the Duck Service, to reoccupy abandoned posts as the Fangtooth forces had left the country to combat Goros and Tijgeron in the Royal Primate.

Re-emergence of Juniorientje and improvement of relations

Though the Lionarchic Roarist Armed Forces (LRAP), a different faction in the Lionarchic civil war, had signed a peace treaty with Leeuwtje in December 2025, Junior and Tijgertje dissaproved of their Roarist principles, primarily their anti-monarchist stance. However, on 21 January 2026, Safez of Roarborne, the leader of the Lionarchic Roarist Party (LRP), arrived in Juniorwood to meet with Junior and Tijgertje in an attempt to improve relations. Safez brought Spottelina Purr and Juniorientje Purr, whom he had rescued from the void. According to Safez, he had brought them to Junior and Tijgertje as a gesture of good will. The diplomatic mission was widely regarded as a success and Junior started improving relations with Safez in return. Juniorientje was publicly known as Junior's "lost girlfriend", who he had been searching for around 19 years. Her return ended the search and they started a relationship. Additionally, Junior's personal bodyguard, Spot Purr, started a relationship with Spottelina Purr.

Personality

Junior speaks in the third person, which is known as illeism. He is also known for several catchphrases, including "Oui Oui La Californie" and abruptly ending discussions, arguments and stories with "EINDE VERHAAL!" (English: END OF STORY!). He is also known for his unique greeting, "Ewwooo", similar to Tigris's "Hawwooo".

Additionally, Junior publicly expressed on several occasions that he adores fast food and fondue. Junior is famed for his luxury resorts, which are often visited by several royal families, primarily the Royal Tiger Family. Junior additionally confirmed going on numerous trips and voyages.

Until February 2026, he was also known for a desire to find his lost girlfriend, Juniorientje Purr. It was rumoured she was absorbed into the void at the end of the Panther Wars. On 21 February 2026, Juniorientje was recovered from the void by Safez of Roarborne in an attempt to improve relations. Junior has publicly confirmed to be in a relationship with Juniorientje and close associates stated Junior adores her.
