Rosie or Mrs. Periwinkle is a Dutch designer/artist also known as RosieSoCosy. She is the mother of p1gsel, the owner of this p1gwars. Rosie has a passion for plushies and runs several websites. Juniorwood, the most prominent example, is one of the websites she runs for Junior Purr. She is considered the female secretary and "mommycat" of Junior. She helps out with the wiki, primarily through photography and code.
