The Roarist Party was amongst the first [[Lionarchy Political Parties|political parties]] in the [[Lionarchy]], established on the 2nd of December, 2025. The party was initially founded by [[Scor of Roarborne]] alongside his two sons, [[Scer of Roarborne|Scer]] and [[Scar of Roarborne|Scar]]. On 11 December 2025, nine days after the party was founded, [[Safez of Roarborne]] returned from the void and took control of the party. Safez immediately starting appointing the other Roarbornes in high ranking positions. The party saw a spike in popularity a few days after Safez had taken over party leadership.

The Lionarchic Roarist Party (Dutch: Leeuwarchistisch Roaristische Partij, LRP) is a left-wing political party in the Lionarchy which self-identifies as roarist. The party was founded on 2 December 2025 by Scor of Roarborne and is currently directed by the Central Command.

History

Founding and early months

When the Lionarchy adopted a constitutional monarchy with democratic elections on 1 December 2025, the leader of the Lionarchic Roarist Armed Forces (LRAF), Scor of Roarborne, signed a peace treaty with the government and was allowed to establish his own political party as well as keeping predominantly Solarite-communities under LRAF influence. Scor established the Lionarchic Roarist Party on 2 December 2025, which was amongst the first four parties to be founded.

On 11 December 2025, nine days after the party was founded, Safez of Roarborne returned from the void and was granted leadership of the party. Safez immediately reshaped the newly established party and appointed other family members in key portfolios within the party. The party received a rise in popularity after Safez came to power, most notably around late December of 2025. The party had received around five to ten percent of the votes on average in several polls whilst during the first elections on 2 January 2026, the Lionarchic Roarist Party had obtained around 15% of the votes, obtaining 39/250 seats. Though the victory of the election belonged to the National Lionparty (NLP) with 74/250 seats, the LRP's performance as the second-largest party was celebrated by several Roarist officials.
