Rosie or Mrs. Periwinkle (by Tigris Crave) is a Dutch designer/artist also known as RosieSoCosy. She is the mother of p1gsel, the owner of this p1gwars. Rosie has a passion for plushies and runs several websites. Juniorwood, the most prominent example, is a websites she runs for Junior Purr. She is considered the female secretary and "mommycat" of Junior. On p1gwars she helps out with the Wiki, including photography and code.
