The North Valley Cartel is a Colombian cartel located in the Valle del Cauca department. It was formed after the collapse of the Maldeira Cartel. It was allied to the Cali Cartel until it's leaders formed a surrender deal with the government. Following this event, the cartels rivalled severely.
