It is was founded and led by Rasher after splitting from the Constitutional Bearparty (CBP) on 16 November 2025. The Five Star Movement currently hold 4 seats in the House of Representatives.
The party was allegedly already founded on 3 November 2025 or 9 November 2025, though there are no official records of this. The party made its first confirmed appearance on 16 November 2025 when Rasher officially split from the Constitutional Bearparty.
