The Beardom is a constitutional dual monarchy. The monarchs and the ministers together make up the government. The parliament is chosen democratically, through elections. In regards to the House of Representatives, there are national elections in which bears vote for political parties, whereas with the Senate, there are provincial elections. Several events occur weekly, which are presented in the National Bearpaper.
