The cabinet was formed after the 26 December 2025 Beardom general election, consisting of the CBP, Bear25, VBB and ASC. It was a majority-cabinet, having 85 out of 150 seats in the House of Representatives.
It succeeded Cabinet Bacon I and consisted of the same parties besides the Bearest Party. It was later succeeded in the next general elections by Cabinet Bacon III, which consists of the same parties.
