The Beardom is a constitutional dual monarchy. The monarchs and the ministers together make up the government. The government is chosen democratically through bears voting for political parties during the elections. The National Bearpaper is the news broadcast of the Beardom.

The Beardom has two royal families, the House of Habsclaw and House of Beernadotte.

The House of Habsclaw is the royal family headed currently by Beerend I and Beerinnetje

The House of Beernadotte is the royal family headed currently by Beertje Bor and Beertje Maple.

Government

Senate

The Senate is the part of the government approving or disapproving laws sent by the House of Representatives. The Senate cannot alter laws.

The senate is chosen democratically through the Provincial Elections. Bears vote for a person in each province and all representatives in each province vote for representatives in the Senate.

House of Representatives

The House of Representatives is a part of the government creating the laws. The laws still have to be approved by the Senate to go in effect.

The representatives are elected in the National Elections.
