			Wilhelm Goertzmann has a vague history. He seems to be from Germanic origin. He most likely increased his rank over time until he was taken under Himmler's control. Himmler used Goertzmann to somewhat taunt Smith, trying to show Smith that he does not own the American part of Germania. However, this then backfired for Himmler as Smith killed Himmler and Goertzmann killed other high ranking Germanic officers and generals. Later he was arrested and sentenced to death.

			Wilhelm Goertzmann is a calm and tidy man. He tends to enjoy luxury whilst also wanting everything clean. Goertzmann is nice to his colleagues and family, but to the people who oppose Goertzmann, Goertzmann is a lot less nice. Even going as far as to kill them. He is still relatively young, at the age of 36.
