'''Miguel Thomas Espinosa''' is the third oldest out of the [[Espinosa family]]. He is also considered as the Lieutenant for the [[Espinosa Gang]]. Miguel is one of the younger brothers who lost his parents before being 18 which has made him develop a colder demeanor throughout the years, compared to his other brothers. He was closest with his mother and would often ask if she needed any help around the house whilst [[Fabio Espinosa|Fabio]] and [[Rodrigue Espinosa]] had a closer bond with their father. Miguel was sometimes teased for wanting to help his mother with the dishes or cooking dinner but it never bothered him and he was proud to be able to learn different skills from both his mother and father, unlike his other brothers who primarily focused on impressing their father. Regardless of the Espinosa brothers having a small preference for which parent they spent more time around, they all still loved both parents.

After their parents' murder, all of the Espinosas were enraged and saddened. However, Miguel was most affected as he often would talk with his mother since he was the middle child and had no one extremely close to his age to talk to, whereas his brothers were closer to each other. The two older brothers [[Ricardo Espinosa|Ricardo]] & [[Nicolas Espinosa|Nicolas]] were close and Fabio & Rodrigue were with each other as well. Miguel was taken in by Nicolas Espinosa and Ricardo Espinosa along with the rest of his brothers as he was only 17 at the time. Miguel was with Nicolas on the night they would abduct one of the members from the two gangs who were responsible for the shootout in the grocery store that killed their parents. Miguel held the man in place after the man tried to fight off Miguel and Nicolas with a pocket knife, whilst Nicolas injected the man with Ketamine. After the man passed out they both dragged his body to the vehicle where the other Espinosas awaited. Fabio suggested they just tie up the man and torture him in the van until he gave enough information then they should let him go but Ricardo didn't think that was enough and neither did Miguel. Miguel brought up the idea of leaving the man in the basement of an old elementary school nearby so the man wouldn't be heard if he tried screaming and would have less of a chance of escaping. They all agreed and proceeded to drive 30 minutes to the location where the school was. Occasionally the man would wake up and try to get up from where he was but Miguel had anticipated this so he had used duct tape to tape the man's arms to his sides and his feet together, then sliced off his fingers, and for extra caution he had stapled the man's eyes and mouth shut so that he wouldn't get the identity of any of the Espinosas or scream. Eventually, after arriving at the school the Espinosas had gotten out and dragged the man all the way there. The man tried to plead with them but all that came through the staples were cries and muffles. The man would continue to muffle as his head hit each stair going down into the basement of the school and whilst he was dragged along the concrete floor. The Espinosas took turns every few hours for who was on watch duty and who would torture the man next. When it was Miguel's turn the man was barely conscious. It was also the second day the man was being held there. Miguel took each staple off of the man's lips, purposefully making sure he took his time so the man would feel every tug and pull. After the staples were out the man tried reasoning with Miguel why he shouldn't do this and that they had the wrong guy. Soon after that, the man started getting angry brought up the Espinosas' parents, and said to Miguel "It's not like I killed your Mother, you're just a part of some sick group doing this for fun aren't you? " to which Miguel replied with walking out the room with one of the man's livers in his hand and the man behind him crying out in pain as Miguel slammed the door. On the third day, Ricardo killed the man after receiving enough information about the first gang that was involved in the shootout. No one knows how he killed him as it was Ricardo and Rodrigue who were the only ones in the room at the time. They then planned an attack on the gang.

Finally, on the night of the attack, Miguel was positioned to have entered the building through the basement bulkhead doors alone. This didn't surprise him as he was usually expected to do things alone whereas the others would pair up. After entering the doors Miguel blocked the entry as he did not want more members coming through when everything went down. As Miguel traveled through the basement he saw a few men who were tied up and beaten, he assumed they were taken hostage but paid no mind to them as they too were covered in multiple tattoos and were most likely a part of some other gangs. They didn't notice as Miguel snuck past so they didn't have any initial reaction to him being down there. Miguel finally made his way upstairs and saw one of the members on his way to the bathroom. Miguel followed him and as he passed by the kitchen he caught a glimpse of Nicolas repeatedly stabbing another member on the ground, even after he was deceased.

The member Miguel was following finally went into the bathroom and Miguel awaited outside placing a fishing line across the bathroom doorway quietly. Miguel finished placing the strings before hearing a scream from another room somewhere in the building, he knew it wasn't one of his brothers but was still caught off guard. This caused the member to run out of the bathroom but because of the fishing line lining the doorway he began to get painful and serve cuts trying to get through and that is when Miguel began stabbing the man through the string. The man tried to fight back but only got himself more tangled and eventually cut one of his eyes on the fishing line. After stabbing the man a few more times he dropped to the ground unresponsive. For extra measures, Miguel shot him in the head with a small automatic firearm. After seeing the man was dead Miguel walked through the building to discover who or what caused that scream, he didn't find anyone and eventually regrouped with his brothers.

The Espinosas raided the place and discovered multiple bags full of cash but also drugs which is when Miguel and his younger siblings were introduced to different kinds of substances. After raiding the place Ricardo Espinosa told them where they'd be able to find the second gang and executed another plan on how to attack that gang as well. The Espinosas soon established the [[Espinosa Gang]] after disbanding both groups that were responsible for their parents' deaths.

Miguel Espinosa always was close to his mother and was the middle child. Therefore, he had no close sibling like [[Ricardo Espinosa|Ricardo]] & [[Nicolas Espinosa|Nicolas]] as well as [[Fabio Espinosa|Fabio]] & [[Rodrigue Espinosa|Rodrigue]]. He is also moderately serious and stern. Once the gangs killed Miguel's parents, Miguel wanted to take revenge. He would torture one of the gang members severely to avenge his parents.

Ricardo's upbringing wasn't the easiest but also not the most difficult, he was raised by his parents in [[Texas]], in the [[United States of America]]. He was taught to always take care of his brothers but to also focus on himself and do his best in school so that he would be able to support himself later in life. Ricardo's family was considered to be lower middle class, which although made him unable to participate in many school activities while growing up, still provided Ricardo the opportunity to graduate high school with the chance of a full-term scholarship to a local college in his town. When he was 18 years old, he received a conscription letter. However, he did not go into the military. The United States was at war at the time with [[Germania]] and the [[Empire of Japan]] but had no resources left to force people into the army. He was about 19 years old when he graduated from school. At this time, Germany and the Empire of Japan conquered the United States. About a year later he went to college. Although he was selected from a group of students who received the full-paid scholarship to go to the local college, Ricardo still got a part-time job at a grocery store so that he could help provide for his family as he finished his college years. Ricardo decided to major in both business and finance as he thought it would be smart to learn how to run a business whilst being able to invest in useful companies that would surely benefit him in the future. Whilst in college Ricardo was purely focused on school so he didn't have many friends or much of a dating life either, he eventually quit his job at the grocery store as well after having saved up a good amount of money to start his business after graduating from college. Ricardo was 24 years old when he got his bachelor's degree. He had many achievements which included him as one of the top students for best test scores in the state and had many businesses already offering to let him work without going through an interview. He found college easier to complete than high school as the hours were shorter and the classes seemed more flexible, giving Ricardo more free time to spend deciding what he wanted his business to be. Not too long later, Ricardo's parents were murdered in a shootout at the same grocery store Ricardo used to work for by two gangs who were fighting there. It was unknown who exactly caused the shootout, or what they were fighting about, but it didn't matter as it enraged Ricardo and the rest of his siblings. [[Rodrigue Espinosa|Rodrigue]], [[Fabio Espinosa|Fabio]] and [[Miguel Espinosa|Miguel]] were underage and taken in by Ricardo and [[Nicolas Espinosa|Nicolas]]. The Espinosas found out what the fight was about, being a kidnapping. They received this information by finding one of the gunmen and torturing him for 3 days straight. After receiving this information Ricardo himself killed the man they were torturing and had Miguel and Fabio both send the man's head to the gang's location. This caused the gang to worry as they did not know who was after them or why, which led to them constantly being on alert and paranoid. Ricardo constructed a plan that included him and his brothers going there at night and killing all the remaining members. They each have their separate roles and locations to take so that the gang wouldn't be able to get away easily. Ironically there were only 4 total members and the Espinosas were able to easily kill them and disband their gang. Before ending the last member Ricardo demanded the other gang's location and name which he was successful in getting. The Espinosas raided the group's location and found bags full of cash and drugs, they decided to take it with them and make use of it instead of leaving it behind for the police to deal with later. Ricardo was not satisfied yet as the second gang was still out there and he was determined to kill everyone who was involved with the murder of his and his brothers' parents. The rest of the Espinosas agreed that it wouldn't be enough until both groups were disbanded and all of them were killed. Soon they found the second group's hideout and after finishing them off they raided the place and took cash and drugs from there as well. Finally, after weeks of scheming and searching for both groups, the Espinosas had what they wanted, to avenge their parents and make both gangs pay for the amount of damage that they had caused. This earned the Espinosas much respect and helped them form the Espinosa Gang. Everyone agreed that Ricardo Espinosa would be the leader as he was the oldest and had always been the one in charge while growing up so not much would change, he also had a bachelor's degree in both business and finance so he'd know best how to run the gang. He then turned the gang into a drug trafficking organization after being inspired by the captured money and drugs found at the hideouts of the two gangs.

He is in charge of everyone who is below him, as well as expected to fill in as the boss on missions when Ricardo and Sergio aren't available. Another responsibility Nicolas holds is to check each drug casing often to make sure it's the actual thing and the gang isn't being scammed or taken advantage of. Nicolas Espinosa's upbringing is similar to his oldest brother Ricardo's as they were close while growing up and could usually relate to a lot of the same things. Nicolas Espinosa had just finished school at 19 years old before finding out about his parents' murder. He was supposed to go to college and get a bachelor's degree in Logistics and Chain Management but decided to take in his younger brothers and raise them until they were 18. It wasn't easy for Nicolas as he had to cope with the loss of his parents whilst working a full-time job and taking care of his younger siblings, but Ricardo was there to help Nicolas whenever he could so that Nicolas wouldn't have to bare the weight of everything by himself. Eventually, Ricardo launched the idea to go after both gangs that were responsible for the shootout which had led to their parents' deaths which Nicolas and the rest of his brothers eagerly agreed with. Their first mission was to capture one of the members from either gang which didn't take too long as they spotted a man covered in tattoos walk past the same grocery store where the shootout had taken place at least twice a day. What gave away that the man was a part of one of the gangs was the tattoo on the man's neck. The tattoo was of a dragon forming the letter J, the same initial that was on multiple of the gun shells left at the crime scene, one of the gun shells even being embedded into their father's skull. After waiting for the man to walk his usual path around the store and into a dark alley Miguel and Nicolas grabbed the man and injected him with Ketamine they had stolen from a nearby hospital. After capturing the man and restraining him in the basement of an abandoned school the Espinosas continued to torture him for 3 days. On the third day, the man begged them to let him go and gave them information on everything he knew about the gang he worked for. Finally, with a useful lead, they didn't need the man and Ricardo Espinosa himself disposed of him. On the planned night of the attack, Nicolas was paired with [[Fabio Espinosa|Fabio]] to enter the 2nd entry of the gang's hideout and block it behind them so no one could get in and no one would get out. After blocking the entry both brothers looked at each other and gave a nod before heading separate ways to kill their parents' murders. Nicolas found two of the gang members in the kitchen packaging white powder into small zip-lock bags. After waiting for one of them to leave and use the bathroom Nicolas quietly slipped into the kitchen and then slit the throat of the member who was still sitting at the table. Nicolas was finally able to take out all the emotions he held in after finding out his parents died and ended up stabbing the gang member over 50 times. He then quietly went around the rest of the building trying to locate any other members before regrouping with his brothers and finding out they killed all of the gang members already. After confirming they were the only ones left alive in the building the Espinosas raided the place of its hidden cash and drugs and moved on to their next targets, which was the second group responsible for the shootout. Eventually, after taking down both gangs and disbanding them, the Espinosas were seen as brutal and merciless by many groups and ended up creating the Espinosa Gang.

Much like his older brother Ricardo Espinosa, Nicolas Espinosa is seen as serious and focused on making sure everyone is doing their job instead of standing around. Although he shares similar personality traits with Ricardo, Nicolas is seen somewhat as a father figure to his younger siblings as he was the main person around at the time to take care of his younger brothers after their parents' passing. This also gives Nicolas the traits of being more worried and caring whenever his brothers are put into dangerous positions.

Nicolas Espinosa's appearance is described as him having black hair that is covered by a fedora he wears almost daily. Additionally, he has no facial hair, is Caucasian, and has a similar build as to Ricardo's.
